BruceW Posted October 25, 2010 Report Posted October 25, 2010 Guys, I can't figure out what is going on with the teams either. Favre keeps losing the same way and Brad Childress refuses to put in another QB. Does he even have another QB?? Official making call in Steelers game seemed all to happy to "give" the ball back to Steelers on goal line so they could kick winning field goal. What is up with officials this year, can't see what is right in front of them this year. But I'll tell you one thing since we TV fans are supposedly not allowed to see the same thing the fans in the stadium can see..... the cheer leaders are really well put together this year Quote
Shawn Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 Tony Romo - broken left clavicle, average recovery time 8-10 weeks. Jon Kitna, starting QB. Quote
Aggie87 Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 Tony Romo - broken left clavicle, average recovery time 8-10 weeks. Jon Kitna, starting QB. Definitely not an upgrade at the QB position. Kiss the Cowboys' season goodbye, I think. Quote
papsrus Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 Giants look pretty good (aside from the turnovers, which looked pretty bad). Romo's injury figures to be the straw that broke the back for the Pokes. I didn't even know Kitna was still on an NFL roster. Quote
BruceW Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 Man what a move by Manningham to go into end zone. Quote
Man with the Golden Arm Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 A rolling Moss gathers no ... ??? Quote
papsrus Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 Can't say I'm surprised he was waived. The guy just kind of went through the motions; barely ran routes at all. Quote
Free For All Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 Colts could use him tonight. With Dwight Clark out there's not much for Peyton to work with. Quote
Chalupa Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 Gotta say that as an Eagles fan I'm not loving this Donovan McNabb benching controversy. I was pretty bummed when they announced the trade. I thought the Redskins had finally got it together this past off season but now it looks like they're just becoming the NFC's version of the Raiders. Quote
Son-of-a-Weizen Posted November 4, 2010 Report Posted November 4, 2010 A rolling Moss gathers no ... ??? Was Moss the 1st guy to play back-to-back Mon Night Football games with different teams? Quote

I was pretty bummed when they announced the trade. I thought the Redskins had finally got it together this past off season but now it looks like they're just becoming the NFC's version of the Raiders. Pretty obvious the Shanahans were lying about the benching, then they bring in a bunch of castoffs for tryouts. It smells bad in DC. Quote
Free For All Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 The Browns beat New England? Where's SS1, he needs to celebrate! Quote
skeith Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 The Browns beat New England? Where's SS1, he needs to celebrate! Yeah after beating the Saints the other week. Wow!!! Quote
Big Al Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Gotta say that as an Eagles fan I'm not loving this Donovan McNabb benching controversy. I was pretty bummed when they announced the trade. I thought the Redskins had finally got it together this past off season but now it looks like they're just becoming the NFC's version of the Raiders. I thought the Cowboys were the NFC's version of the Raiders. Unless, of course, Jerry Jones has finally succeeded in dethroning Al Davis as the World's Worst NFL Owner. In which case, the Raiders are now the AFC version of the Cows. Quote
PHILLYQ Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 Jerry Jones can't fire his GM!!! The'Boys have some talent, but what I saw last night and against the Giants is a team that's lifeless- have they already packed it in and given up? The Raiders are now relevant again. It's nice to see Jason Campbell doing well for Oakland. I thought he never had a decent chance in DC, with a coaching change and a new offensive coordinator almost every year. Quote
Chuck Nessa Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 The entire NFL is some sort of joke this year. Quote
Jazzmoose Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 I thought the Cowboys were the NFC's version of the Raiders. Nope. They haven't won enough games to be the NFC's version of the Raiders... Quote
Jazzmoose Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 Fired? I'm shocked. Phillips Time Done Quote
Big Al Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 Who'da thunk there'd be a time when the Cows had a worse record than the Lions???? Quote

Free For All Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 The Browns kicked the Pats butt!!!!!!!! Geez, what took you so long? I figured you'd have been all over this immediately! Quote
BruceW Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 The Browns kicked the Pats butt!!!!!!!! Yeah that was a tough loss. Don't understand the Pats some times. Hoping they decide to take it out on the Steelers. Quote
Man with the Golden Arm Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 and that the Browns take out the Jets this weekend, esp shutting down Braylon. the Cleveland boys were handed quite the schedule this year and three of five losses by a total of merely 8 points could very well have had them in serious contention had they gone the other way. Jazzmoose Posted November 12, 2010 Report Posted November 12, 2010 Don't mean to jinx 'em, but it looks like the Falcons are for real! Quote
