Some of the best espresso I have ever tasted, from Sicily, roasted slowly in small batches over open fire with olive wood from Mount Etna and blended after roasting - fantastic!

Tea. My first attempt at using loose tea rather than bags. First discovery: do not confuse the words "teaspoon" and "tablespoon". :blink:

Many years ago I made my first attempt to use garlic in cooking. I assumed a clove was what I now know is a bulb.

Tea bag stewing in a cup, no milk or sugar. Don't remove - gives you something to chew at the end.
