It is an old style dairy; you can even buy unhomogonized milk from them, they use all Jersey cows, they don't use hormones. The Midnight Chocolate is made with "darker" chocolate. It's "milk chocolate" by the time it's in milk! Delicious stuff. Not made using high fructrose corn syrup, a big plus. Quote
