Christiern
A good number of my pixels would have taken another direction and I might be on another book tour now, I'd certainly know a lot less about a number of things, and I would have been robbed of some truly enjoyable cyber acquaintances, some of which materialized over beer and such. I'll change my response then to read.. ......if it weren't for this board, I never would have bought Chris A's "Bessie" book!
(BB)
… I would be completely ignorant and broke vs. knowing just enough to be dangerous and flat broke. Although I knew enough to pick up - near mint Donald Byrd, A New Perspective with NY labels for $2.00 this morning.

clifford_thornton
I wouldn't have known the true meaning of caps lock and Hank Mobley, or bird flu's impact on each... Also wouldn't have gotten to know and love a bunch of you guys (and gals)... Also wouldn't be seeking a near-mint black label stereo of Jimmy Woods's Conflict (goodbye wallet!). Ed S
I'm not the type of person who has a lot of friends outside of work. The support of people on this board helped me through a very horrible time in my life - that being a divorce that came right out of left field and that I did not want to happen. I have a lot to be thankful for.
