Soul Stream Posted July 1, 2006 Report Posted July 1, 2006 There's some great clips on YouTube that I'd like to download. Is that possible? Quote
DatDere Posted July 1, 2006 Report Posted July 1, 2006 This is supposed to work, but I haven't tried it myself: http://keepvid.com/ You probably need a player that can handle Flash video files. I'm thinking of archiving some of those Youtube clips myself, I have a sneaking suspicion that many of the music videos won't be around much longer. Quote
Dave Garrett Posted July 1, 2006 Report Posted July 1, 2006 If you use Firefox, there's the VideoDownloader extension. Quote

Claude Posted July 2, 2006 Report Posted July 2, 2006 Because those music videos are being uploaded by Youtube users without the authorization of the copyright owners. Quote

Different kind of music video, I guess, because I didn't really think anyone cared enough to take down Solomon and Weissenberg and Arrau clips. But, yeah, it happened for some reason. Quote
