Dave Garrett
Teen conquers iPhone with help of online pals The eBay seller is the guy mentioned in this article. If you read his blog (linked in the auction listing), he ended the auction early because he suspected that a lot of the high bidders were bogus. JohnBlutarski
Quebec/Hardee Mosaic set going through the roof... $667.99 for 3 CDs, with 37 hours to go With about 9 hours to go, it stands at $1,004.99... Now up to $1,259.99 with less than 4 hours to go... That's about $420 a CD... Ouch... It's likely shill bidding falsely pumping the price up. Ebay's new policies favor shill bidding. how does the favor bit works, then? JB

Aggie87
Ebay craziness isn't limited to vinyl or box sets. I was looking for a particular Hot Wheels toy for my son for a Christmas gift, and it's up to $126 with almost 3 hours left. Granted, it's not one of the 99 cent Hot Wheel cars you can buy off the shelf, but it's not worth more than $20-30, IMO. edit - final price for this TOY was $190.50!! Daniel A
I was watching an eBay auction from a seller primarly offering Japanese jazz CDs. The listing ended early. Given that the appraised value is a mere 208 million Euros, I wonder at what amount the reserve price has been set.
