Tjazz
Is it just me, or is the price insanely high? Basie Studio Mosaic $535 for 10 cds. Not that bad. Usually rare OOP Mosaics go for $30 - 60 /disc, sometimes much higher. When they start hitting $100/disc - the selling is getting a big smile. If they sell for less than $25/disc, the buyer usually smiles. Nat Cole (18cds) usually sells for less than $30/disc. Guest Chaney
Is it just me, or is the price insanely high? Basie Studio Mosaic It's not just you. Bidding that high so early in a listing is truly scary -- unless you're the seller, in which case you're on Cloud 9.
Brad
That's a crazy price for the Basie Studio set. That's the kind of price I'd expect to see for the Nat King Cole. I have the Live Set and I paid nowhere close to that. I would have liked to buy this set but bit by bit the music on this set is being released. So, I'll wait. BERIGAN
31 bids so far ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...4&category=1172 Amazing ... Eric That would be a nice house not that long ago!!!! Even with DSL, that page took forever to download! I've got that Pink charger, the one that you prop the whole body up....can I get a few Mosaics for it?
Claude
Hot Wheels collectors are maniacs. The winner "the-toy-store" certainly knows what he is doing and will be able to make a profit by resselling the items separately.

Leeway
This one is up to $90.00 used, $68.00 new?! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...3&category=1056 Imagine what it will go for when it really does go OOP! It seems there are some people out there who apparently think all Mosaics are OOP. Odd to be that into it and still not know about the Mosaic web site. You'd think they check around first. Guest Chaney
Anyone want to tell these folks that this one's been reissued? Anthony Braxton Dortmund (4tet) 1976 hatART Oh, and... Anthony Braxton-Willisau (4tet) 1991 hatART When the heck will Hat reissue this set?
andybleaden
This is pretty amazing also. A Lee Morgan set with five days to go, and it's already $200.00. I just wonder what price the Hank Mobley will fetch when it goes OOP? I got a Lee Morgan set from Ebay .UK only about 4 months ago for about £60 (about $100) ! If the mosaic prices are going up like this in general it looks as if i'll never get the Larry Young or Andrew Hill . Do not give up hope of finding them. You can still get them. I was lucky with these as I got them the nano second that they were released but I have picked up a few since that were OOP Let me know if you are really struggling to get them. You never know they might pop up in a second hand charity shop in Bedminster! ( I am Bristolian moved up north) Andy Bleaden

Bluerein
The TOCJ of Ronnie Foster's Cheshire Cat went for $123.50 recently! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...5&category=1056 Partly thanks to me because it's the only CD in this series I couldn't get even when it was issued at the time (they made a really small number of copies of this one so it seems). So I thought with an auction sniper of $121 I'm safe.......not!!!! So I'll have to wait until it shows up again...........
