Son-of-a-Weizen Posted January 30, 2006 Report Share Posted January 30, 2006 I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think they mainly focus in on the VICJ-4xxxx and 6xxxx series over there? Can't say that I've seen a full 2xxx list all spelled out neat & tidy.....but if you wanted to check on some items from that late-90's run, the thing I'd do is to go to the JVC site.....check the 2nd circle down the list in the search box and just plug in the numbers. A bit laborious, but it'll get you what you want (ie. VICJ-2001 is Konitz, VICJ-2002 is Getz/Konitz, VICJ-2003 is JJ Johnson, VICJ-2004 is the Getz 'Quartets'..........right on up through VICJ-2099 Burrell 'Blue Moods' etc...... But I can get the covers etc when I pick a name and go to the discography, not what i wanted but enough to tell me whats still available ,and that was the point of the exercise!
