Love - the Forever Changes Concert

Due to the overwhelming response I got to my post last month about the Arthur Lee with Love FOREVER CHANGES concert I attended at UCLA's Royce Hall.... ...I thought I'd mention that a live cd of the concert in January at The Royal Festival Hall in London is now available in England (they haven't secured an American distributor for the cd yet, but I got it through Amazon.uk).

It's a two-cd set which also contains a video of "Alone Again Or," screensaver, and photo album. Can't recommend this highly enough!

CD Universe says that Forever Changes will be re-released April 22.

It will be a 2-CD set. The first CD will be the original album, and the second CD will be the album remixed, if that's what "alternate mix" means.

At the risk of losing another long term member over the snipes that'll happen for mentioning the source of the news, the 2nd disc is done by Steve Hoffman. A lot to go thru, but a link to the Hoffman forum announcement.

I'm not in a rush to get this myself, but thought I'd pass on the news.

I'd much prefer to hear a live version of the album than simply a different mix.
