Randy Twizzle Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 After 30 years of driving through "the ribbed north end of Jersey with its isolate lakes and valleys, its deaf-mutes, thieves old names and promiscuity between devil-may-care men who have taken to railroading out of sheer lust of adventure-- and young slatterns, bathed in filth from Monday to Saturday to be tricked out that night with gauds from imaginations which have no peasant traditions to give them character but flutter and flaunt sheer rags succumbing without emotion save numbed terror" I got hit with a DWI charge. I'm not proud of it, but it was the anniversary of the death of my beloved parot Kitty. Quote
Chuck Nessa Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 I thought this was about a Japanese label. Quote

connoisseur series500 Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 If I got in my car right now, I'd be a DWI candidate. Good thing I'm at home! (Listening to live Organissimo at Baker's Keyboard Lounge 10/29/05.) Dem boys are good!!! Quote
wesbed Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 Yes. Me, too. At home. No problemo. Quote
wesbed Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 Yeah. It's always safe at home. Drinking too much, thinking too much, too much time spent on the computer, too much music, much too much. But, all safe when you're already at home. Quote
connoisseur series500 Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 Wes says it all (as usual). I'm listening to live "Stomp Yo Feets." Damn that Organissimo. Hope they release some of this stuff. Too damned good to waste. Quote
BERIGAN Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 No joke, In Jacksonville, I kinda sorta ran a red light (I say bumper was in the intersection when the light was yellow) and the cop that pulled me over....had liquor on his breath! It was nighttime, and had visions of him thinking I knew he had been drinking, and that I would have to disappear. So, he came back after checking out my "record" for about 10 minutes(And me really to peel out if he said anything strange) he handed me back my info, and he was just reeking of smoke...cigarette smoke. Good, I would live to see another sunrise...... Quote

7/4 Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 (edited) I thought that was a joke. I'm trying to enjoy this WKCR Hendrix tribute, but I guess I can Google... Hospital exists. Edited November 27, 2005 by 7/4 Quote
catesta Posted November 27, 2005 Report Posted November 27, 2005 I thought that was a joke. I'm trying to enjoy this WKCR Hendrix tribute, but I guess I can Google... Hospital exists. Of course it does. But, obviously the rest is all bullshit. I'm not even sure the hospital has a rehab center. Maybe I'm missing something. Quote
