Best of More Jam Sessions and the JOS jazz set

I used to have one of these sets as a kid on the Kory records label, Bags Groove was on one side. Anyway, I saw this "Best of More Jam Sessions and the Jimmy Smith Jazz Set" Volume 2 at Amazon and it piqued my curiosity since I just d/l a killer JOS jam from Germany in '72. Is this Newport '72 CD worth getting at all?

thanks Jim. The JOS live boot I found of the same band except for BB and Zoot, his solo on "Walkin'" made my jaw drop. first time my jaw has dropped listening to JOS since "Legacy". I gotta get some more CD-R's so I can burn the Germany set........ A+ sound too.

There's a terrific Charles Mingus solo in there somewhere which is worth having. I was actually in the audience for that - George Wein came out and hugged Mingus.
