I noticed it too, but why does it say 4 pieces in set?

Wasn't this a 7-CD set? Unless they just counted the jewel cases (which 3 are doubles).

Just noticed the FOUR FRESHMEN have been added $84.99

But isn't this suppose to be a 9-CD set?

I can't imagine they'd sell a partial set; that seems strange.

I think in the case of the Krupa/James set it is split out so the first four discs are of Krupa and the last three are James, so it probably got entered in as four by mistake. I agree that it seems very unlikely that they are selling partials.

Thanks for the heads up by the way, my order has shipped already.

The blurb about the Four Freshmen says indicates it contains 210 tracks, which is correct.

What I don't understand is the mention 'Pieces in the set: 4'.

The Mosaic box came with 3 pieces. Three 3-CD sets.

Perhaps 3 (3-CDs) and a booklet = 4 pieces

I think the word "pieces" equates to the number of jewel boxes. As I recall, both the Krupa/James and the FF sets use doubles jewel cases. At least with the K/J, that would make sense as the first three "pieces" contain two CD's and the last, just one. Total four.

Up over and out.
