McIntyre was totally new to me prior to stumbling upon this thread. After watching the documentary, I'm curious as to when the album will be released and on what label.

Listening to Peace and Blessings which has just arrived on the back of people's recommendations here - Longineu Parsons immediately stands out - someone I've not come across before. Enjoying this disc, so thanks to those who mentioned it

There was a fine Parsons compilation issued a few years back... SPACED on Ubiquity.

Good heavens, why didn't I know this album sooner? What a marvelously realised work - McIntyre's playing is so deep, so soulful. Thanks to everyone who mentioned it on this thread.

The 2014 reissue of Kalaparusha - S.T. (CMC, Trio Records, POCS-9302) on SHM-CD contains a bonus track called Tanuki (according to CD Japan) not on the original LP. It is only mentioned on the back of the OBI. It's 8:55 long.

Huh. I have the LP and it's absolutely excellent, but have not heard this extra track.

I miss seeing him around. He was a nice man.
