Lately I really enjoy Paulaner beer:

Had one of their hefs a year or so ago. Among the best I've had by any brewery.

I heartily concur, and as an Oregonian I an loath to say anything nice about California beers, but i'm down with this brown...

I ENJOYED 2 NEW HOLLAND PUMPKIN ALES, ICHABOD. IT'S NOT AS REMARKABLE AS THE FABULOUS SOUTHERN TIER PUMKING, BUT NEVERTHELESS VERY ENJOYABLE.

It's actually half-decent. Got a slight hint of pineapple in it, of all things. I'm not sure I'd buy it regularly, but it's worth checking out if you see it on the shelf.
