Ed S Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 I'm there June 30th - July 4. It's a blast! Quote
CJ Shearn Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 Ed, the PMG is doing a free show July 9th to close out the fest. Quote
Ed S Posted June 10, 2005 Author Report Posted June 10, 2005 Don't rub it in. I made my plans before the lineup was announced. Metheny is doing 4 or 5 shows prior to the big closing show and I'm not there for any of them. I think he's playing with Haden and also with the 80/81 crew plus a couple of others. If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all. Quote

Joe G Posted June 10, 2005 Report Posted June 10, 2005 Aw, too bad you're missing all that, man! But, I'm sure there's lots of great stuff that you'll be seriously digging. Have fun, bro! Quote
CJ Shearn Posted June 10, 2005 Report Posted June 10, 2005 (edited) I wish I could go! Yet another new place opened for live music here, mostly a lot of so-so local acts but someone should bring Pat's trio, Kenny Garrett and Organissimo :-D Edited June 10, 2005 by CJ Shearn Quote
