Got this news release from Blue Note:

DJ/ Rapper/ Producer & Remixer, Madlib was given the keys to the Blue

Note vault to mine the classic catalog. Shades of Blue is the result of

his crate digging. On Shades of Blue, Madlib remixes & re-invents 16

classic Blue Note tunes. Artists receiving the Madlib re-imagination

include Donald Byrd, Horace Silver, Andrew Hill & Wayne Shorter.
