Google maps says only 1 hour 38 minutes but I think that could be a big underestimate, especially if there is traffic on the highway on the way to Largo. I would budget at least 2 hours. The Palmetto (826) to 874 to the Turnpike may be a workable alternative, and less distance. Taking US1 from the Palmetto, though, is a bad idea even if it's a shorter distance.
