My son Matthew (5 years old) and I were discussing on the bus this morning about what a shame it was that they never recorded together. I told him someone would have to put together such a record, and he suggested 'maybe Michael Cuscuna' (he saw Michael's picture in the Richard Cook book, and I tried to explain to him what a producer does - clearly he understood some of what I told him).
