Hey all,

Music from the new Hill Mosaic Select on Night Lights this evening at 11:05 p.m. (9:05 California time, 12:05 a.m. NYC time). We've discussed this set at length on the board, so I won't add anything other than the usual: You can listen live or wait until Monday afternoon when it's posted in the archives.

Next week: "Jazz in the French New Wave Cinema."

Hey Ghost!

Your show sounds very hip. Andrew Hill followed by jazz in the French New Wave. :tup

I will definitely check out your archives when I get the chance.

Where in California do you broadcast?

Thanks for your comments, Kalo. Actually, I'm only on WFIU-Bloomington, Indiana right now, though we are talking about offering the program to other stations (for free, cough cough, for benefit of any fellow DJs who might happen to read this and have an hour their station is trying to fill, cough cough :g ). I just mention the West Coast times for those who might happen to be on the board on Saturday nights when the program is airing live.

hip, always tasteful and classy, and very very moving at times. not sure if i can blame him for that, or the music.

his 2 sets of archives are among the great treasures of the internet.

I have checked out the archives since my previous post, but nowhere near as much as I should! Thanks for the reminder.
