Aftab Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 (edited) I thought I read on the board somewhere that Hutch's Inner Glow was gonna be reissued in the cardboard sleeve format? Was it? Did I miss it? Help, cuz if it came out, it needs to be spinnin' at my house - thanks! Edited May 3, 2005 by Aftab Quote
sidewinder Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 (edited) I've got the feeling that it's been shortlisted for issue on a Mosaic Select. Don't know about any cardboard sleeve format reissue. Not to gloat on this ( ) but I've got it on the King vinyl.. A very nice session, certainly one of his best from the 1970s. Sort of reminds me of 'Cirrus' in terms of overall groove - but even better. The group lineup includes Thurman Green and Oscar Brashear, who fit in very nicely. Great Harold Land on here too. Of the tracks 'Cowboy Bob' on side 1 is a particular fave and there's a reprise version of 'Roses Poses' on side 2. Edited May 3, 2005 by sidewinder Quote
