Has This EVER Been On CD?

Gene Krupa*Lionel Hampton*Teddy Wilson, Clef MG C-681, album titled, in a fit of marketing somnabulism, playing some of the selections they played in THE BENNY GOODMAN MOVIE (sic, including lower case).

Picked it up Friday for 6 bucks, thinking that it never has been, and that I might not live long enough to see it be. Not in the best of shape, but hey, good stuff.

Instead of an answer, I have another question. Is this the cover?:

I don't recall ever seeing this one before.

Edit: Disregard the question... found a larger scan:

Any way you slice it, I still think Steve Allen was terrible as Benny. -_-

I have a Verve reissue of this from somewhen 70s and that title was deleted. It's just the three names and the six tune titles at the bottom.

Still no answer to your question...

Making a AMG search for "Blues for Benny", one of the tracks from the LP, only brings up this LP , no CD sampler or other release with a different title. So I guess it never made it to CD.

GEMM shows two available LP copies under the title "Benny Goodman movie", at $108 (NM) and $30 (VG+)

There is also a Speaker's Corner LP reissue:

If only Classics gets back on track, we can expect this session to become available in the not too distant future. As it was recorded in 1955, it will enter the public domain next year (outside the U.S. that is).

By the way, two more tracks were recorded at the same session. They were later released on a Verve album titled The Genius Of Lionel Hampton, which collected various Hampton 'leftover' tracks.
