Any members outside of Organissimo ever been on any rrcordings? I know there are a few.

However, as a player, most of my recordings were of the commercial nature, or jingles of film music, etc.

As a writer , I've done several jazz projects along with MANY non jazz ones!

Same here, about six or seven of them.

But I am on a CD that sold 15.000 copies in Turkey ... we're in the process of doing the next one at the moment.

I was going to remark that, having applauded many times at many concerts for particular passages, I can say that those are my hands on all of those records.

Ditto. Pressed 1000, gave away 100, use the other 900 as replacements for broken jewelcases.

I am in the group Reptet, we have a self-titled CD out on Monktail Records. I'm also in Non Grata (Monktail Records). And I was in a funk group called Phat Sidy Smokehouse which released a few records in the mid-ninties and they play us as lead-in music on the sports station here (950 AM - KJR) in Seattle.

All self released stuff with a band during the 90's (4 albums & 3 EPs), then 2 albums playing everything on my 4-track. 4 more songs and I can record my 3rd "solo" album.

I have been on 3 records, but in a very limited, unimportant way.

I was on the cover of a Riverside album, wearing a mask. (see attached scan)

My voice (speaking) is on a Verve disc and a Columbia disc (both a part of a boxed set).

BTW Behind most of the masks hides a member of the Riverside staff.

My band has 2 CD's, the first buried and out of print, thankfully, different band lineup, and poorly produced. Second one shown in my signature line, and at the "Doghouse Jazz" link below. I was a studio freelancer in the early to mid '70's in Kansas City, made lots of recordings for people, don't think anything got any farther than the artists direct families.

I think many a board member has a fourth one on the last disc of the Verve Prez box set ... I am very grateful it exists and feel honoured to be on the same board as the interviewer.
