I try to do that and I have an additional helpful hint.

Hanging with bigger-headed people works in the same way that we can always look young, if we make sure we hang with people who are at least ten years older. That was an offhand suggestion that my dad made years ago and I've always remembered it. Now, it actually means something to me.:D

They do me.

Who cares? A head is a head.

By the way, you guys have poor head-size judgement. Most pics that were posted show people with normal sized heads.

I'll tell about 2 big heads I dont get...especially these days.

neil young and kris kristofferson

do their big heads really think we're interested in very boring

lyrics about old roads and old guitars...guitars that start

horribly outta tune, played about as well as your

average amateur who's been really into it

for maybe a month or so? well, I'm

not the least bit interested.

am I mistaken or have

these guys gotten a

lot worse with age?

just wondering.

Did anyone mention Lurch, from the old Adams Family show? "You ranggg?"

Actually, the super-big heads on tiny bodies of the early Peanuts strip works fine. But cartoons are a whole different continuum.

Whoa! I can't tell if that's a Photoshop thing or if somebody actually did a sculpture of a giant head.

Doesn't make any difference; that's one SERIOUSLY disturbing image!

It's a sculpture by Australian artist Ron Mueck. He's got other big sculptures besides this one. It is creepy, isn't it?

He should rig it so the eyes pop open every now and then. ... or some little facial twitches. Now THAT would be frightening!

Remember when the announcers on ABC's Monday Night Football were Al Michaels and Dan Deadorff? Deardorff's head had to have been two or three times the size of Al's. Not to mention his hands. They could easily have passed for smoked hams. It was like having Jack (as in beanstalk) and the giant in the same booth. Used to freak me out big time.

Another guy in the wide wide world of sports with a major dome was Johnny Bench, the HOF catcher with the Reds. His nickname was Keghead. When he started losing his hair late in his career, they used to say he didn't have a forehead, he had a fivehead.

Up over and out.
