jazzbo Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 I'm watching some Rihanna videos, while listening to something else. What a beautiful woman! Quote
jazzbo Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 Whoa! Aired tonight were one of the best episodes of both Community and Person of Interest! Quote
BruceH Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 Season 4 of Mad Men. "The Suitcase" is a great episode. Quote
Shawn Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 Parenthood - Season One Nice show, really good cast. Quote
BruceH Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 I thought Season Four of Community was going to bite the big one (or at least be lacking a certain something) but last night's episode was solid. Quote
jazzbo Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 Last week's was pretty good as well. I think they're going to go out with a bang. Quote
JSngry Posted February 24, 2013 Report Posted February 24, 2013 Sabado Gigante. Don Francisco is a motherfucker. Ed Sullivan WHO? Quote
kinuta Posted February 24, 2013 Report Posted February 24, 2013 Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee The whole series. Quote
paul secor Posted February 25, 2013 Report Posted February 25, 2013 Last night I watched Page Eight on PBS. I'd seen it before, but it was well worth watching again. Great performance by Bill Nighy - one of my favorite actors - and a plot to make you think about governments, lies, corruption, decency, and loyalty. Quote
T.D. Posted February 28, 2013 Report Posted February 28, 2013 Watched the old British film Kind Hearts and Coronets (have been getting into old Alec Guinness films). Didn't expect that much, having heard mostly of the 8 supporting roles Guinness played, but loved it - one of the best things I've seen in years (and I'm ordinarily not much into 1949-vintage black and white film)! I may even purchase a DVD. Granted I'm highly partial to the "black humor" genre... Quote
Shawn Posted March 1, 2013 Report Posted March 1, 2013 Finally getting around to finishing up American Horror Story: Asylum. I still prefer the first season overall, but this one is definitely wall to wall gonzo. Quote

jazzbo Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 Esperanza Spalding on Austin City Limits. Beautiful woman, masterful player. . . music just doesn't really get to me, not sure what it is but it's maybe the opposite of "all that meat and no potatos." Quote
Shawn Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 I just started watching Luther season 1, really enjoying it! Ruth Wilson is great. Quote
jazzbo Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 Those Luther seasons are too short! Great show. Watching Nip/Tuck Season One. Quote
erwbol Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 Rewatching Justified seasons 1 through 3. Just saw the pilot episode. Quote
jazzbo Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 This weekend I'll take a break from packing and watch the final season of Weeds which arrived last night on Blu-ray. Quote
kinuta Posted March 9, 2013 Report Posted March 9, 2013 Rewatched Scott & Bailey S 1 The three leads have a believable relationship, supported by sparklingly real dialogue. Especially like DCI Gill, she could talk the hind leg off a donkey and has a terrific arsenal of colloquial witticisms.. Quote
