Miller makes this show) I've only watched one partial episode of The Leftovers this season. The editing seems very choppy, the storyline complex- have the remote handy for quick rewind if you are prone to nodding off - and the tone uniformly sombre. That might well be true. More accurately I can't be bothered investing the time and effort into something I clearly neither like nor comprehend. I did like Mulholland Drive very much but that had some kind of comprehensible although bizarre narrative to glue everything together and hold my attention from slipping into irritated apathy.
