Shawn Posted January 13, 2014 Report Posted January 13, 2014 The Rockford Files - Season One. Haven't seen the show since I was a kid, fun going back and watching this from the beginning. All the great 70s Los Angeles locations are a great bonus as well Quote

jazzbo Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 Missed this in the theater (haven't seen any movies there in six months) but making up for it. Quote
JSngry Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 If there was still any doubt that Al Jackson was god, this should dispel it. But Duck Dunn sittehed at the left side of god, and is entertaining as hell to watch in the process. And they still "don't know" who murdered Al Jackson. How does that work, exactly? Quote
jlhoots Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 Finished Top Of The Lake - worth seeing. Now on to the US version of House Of Cards.Watched the first six episodes. Can see what all of the praise is about. Quote

jazzbo Posted February 11, 2014 Report Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) Boss, Season 2 Sanaa Lathon is in the cast now! Edited February 11, 2014 by jazzbo Quote
kinuta Posted February 11, 2014 Report Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) True Detective episode 4 Intense isn't the word. The last ten minutes were really incredible with an almost seven minute single take none cut action sequence that had me literally on the edge of my seat. As gripping as the best bits of Breaking Bad. Matthew McConaughey has made a truly spectacular career turn round. :tup Edited February 11, 2014 by kinuta Quote

Shawn Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Scrubs -- Season 1. Making my way through my all-time favorite tv show, again! I had actually never seen that show until a few months ago, I've watched the first 6 seasons so far. Great fun! Quote
JSngry Posted February 16, 2014 Report Posted February 16, 2014 New Season of House Of Cards, picking right back up where Season One left off, not missing a beat. Apparently we're not the only ones watching, as the Netflix stream for this one has become increasingly spotty. We've gotten through the first three episodes, will come back in the morning. In the meantime, Adam 12 plays straight through, so, see the man, y'all, see the man. Quote
Jazzmoose Posted February 16, 2014 Report Posted February 16, 2014 I started watching Foyle's War the other day; never saw it before. Good stuff, so far. Quote

Shawn Posted February 17, 2014 Report Posted February 17, 2014 Finished up season 1 of House of Cards on Netflix, getting ready to start season 2. Quote
kinuta Posted February 17, 2014 Report Posted February 17, 2014 True Detective. Amazing. House Of Cards season two, up to episode five. Great stuff. Although it's deviated greatly from the original it's more than holding it's own with some fine twisty storytelling. Loved the nod to the famous Ian Richardson dastardly deed scene. Robin Wright is making her presence felt, she's terrific. Quote
JSngry Posted February 19, 2014 Report Posted February 19, 2014 Finished House Of Cards Season Two. The ending was predictable, but one helluva ride up until then. Here's hoping they quit while they're ahead, because right now they are very ahead. Quote
