I've watched this a ton of times (watching many time today) and it really is an entertainment style that's long gone, but it really brings out how at ease everyone was on stage.

I agree.   Btw, near the end of season 3 (episode 7)…….. scene with the duct tape over the mouth.      Was that some oxygen activated poison?    Never seen anything like that before.   Ghastly stuff.
