In New York, I'm paying anywhere from $3.05 to $3.35 for regular unleaded, add another 10-15 cents for premium.

Out in Phoenix costs are running to just under $3.00 to as much as $3.15. The prices for preimium I've seen as high as $3.35.

i guess it depends on state taxes how much it will be ,last summer my wife and i drove down to Memphis

for vacation and we couldn't believe how cheap gas was in the south. When we left Boston it was around $3.20 and in Virginia $2.68/ $2.61 in some spots.

Actually, I'm glad I tanked up yesterday. Today, the lowest price within 10 miles (according to AAA) is $4.25 for 'regular'. I'd be pushing four-and-a-half for mid-grade. Ah, Northern California...
