connoisseur series500
I'm looking for Freddie Roach, "Mo Greens Please" In exchange, I can offer a Japanese Jackie Mclean, "It's Time!" Anyone?
Man with the Golden Arm
First we had that thread wondering whether he was white and now this!? I'm so confused. Have you even received that JRVG yet? B-) (going out today)
Son-of-a-Weizen
Paul, that Roach is mediocre, you don't want it. Lucky for you that I have a little gem at hand to trade ya for that McLean. These National Geographic guys put RVG to shame when it comes to recording the Eastern Wood Pewee and the Rufous-sided Towhee. Yep, it's all here!!! undergroundagent
"Mo' Greens, Please" is hardly mediocre! Compared to his other output, I would put it as his best overall album, although I think his playing on any of the Ike Quebec discs is much better. Hiroshi Tanno has it for 2500 Yen. What are you waiting for!?!?!

connoisseur series500
Hiroshi Tanno has it for 2500 Yen. What are you waiting for!?!?! May have to go that route Underground. Nobody seems to want a sealed TOCJ copy of "It's Time!" (Even though several board members bought the Freddie Roach for $14 from Grey on this board!) connoisseur series500
Will also trade the TOCJ "It's Time!" for a JRVG Horace Silver, "Tokyo Blues." B-)
Soul Stream
Mo Greens Please mediocre? Damn, I guess I didn't realize how much more fulfilling Michael Brecker is, the whole time I thought Freddie Roach was cookin'.

I've heard it before (though I don't own it.) It's okay. As good/bad as "Brown Sugar" but w/o Joe Henderson.

connoisseur series500
Offers are now off the table. I've just ordered "Tokyo Blues" and "Mo Greens" from Hiroshi. Would still offer the Mclean for a JRVG that I don't already have. Got anything?
connoisseur series500
How about a trade for Silver, "HoraceScope" on JRVG?
