kenny weir
Well, after some good news today, I resolved to spoil myself a little by ordering the Jazztet Mosaic set. But it's not listed. Nor are the Woody Herman or Tal Farlow sets. And I'm sure there's more releases than that in the Select series. I know there's been problems with this site before, but this seems pretty weird. And definitely NOT good for business. BFrank
Yes. Very odd. I checked all over myself. Definitely not there.
kenny weir
Yeah, and the funny thing is I've changed my mind and picked up a variety of stuff - Organissimo (finally!), Maria Scneider and 3 x William Parkers. Having a site where large chunks of the catalogue are missing would seem to be suicidal for a mail-order/online business. They certainly missed on my money - for today, anyway (I suspect Mosaic will win in the long run ...) vibes
Only the first eight Selects are listed now. This is not good.
sidewinder
Hopefully its just a glitch and will be corrected when Mosaic HQ begins its operations for the new day. No reason to panic as yet (I hope ).
David Ayers
I noticed this a few days ago and even started a thread about it. It is a peculiar disfunction. At the monet of writing there are only a few sets missing from the site - this is exactly what happened a few days ago when I last looked. Edit: uhh, monet of writing... is that like the james joyce of oil paint? Edited March 10, 2005 by David Ayers
Brad
I don't know if it's fixed or not but if you go to Benny Golson or Art Farmer, you'll find the set.
Son-of-a-Weizen
They should 'fix' the Gordon Select comment section where some guy from Netherlands shows up in triplicate. Must have been couw after too many Dunkel-Weizens. "Pity the taxman added an extra 25 dollars to the parcel on arrival". Ouch!!!
B. Goren.
It looks like everything is ok now.
