Do you think this is really true, or just someone trying to start an urban legend? Part of the blade appears to be sticking out past the skin, which would certainly be noticable. And the part about desparately looking for a knife just doesn't sound right -- it's pushing the joke just too far. I suppose it might be true, but I've stopped believing most of these internet tales.
