Excellent music, some good work by Red and there are even a couple of 20s 'avant garde' arrangements. Quite a bit of dated vocals and some interesting scatting by Cliff Edwards. Then there's the fabulous booklet. Overall a must have set of vintage jazz, but I'm partial to this stuff. Quote

gslade Posted February 21, 2005 Report Posted February 21, 2005 This whole series looks good I picked up the Louisiana Rhythm Kings ( I think it was on Lon's recommendation) and have been lovin' it I will get more from this series as funds allow and the Red Heads looks like a winner Quote
