Jeffro Posted February 13, 2005 Report Posted February 13, 2005 On the subject of old Downbeat magazines: Downbeat had an exhibit at the 2004 Monterey Jazz Fest, featuring reproductions of old covers, articles, etc. I told one of their reps that I would be first in line if they sold a CD-ROM product containing PDFs of the entire Downbeat archive. Is there interest among you folks in such a product? If so, we should deluge the editors or publishers with requests for this. Quote

Thanks for posting. By the way--for those of you with accounts at libraries that subscribe to the ProQuest database, you might have access to Down Beat articles dating from 1988 to the present. Quote
