Parkertown Posted February 9, 2005 Report Posted February 9, 2005 Beautiful photos there, Mark. I'm not sure which I like best; the color photos or the B&W's. Incredible, breathtaking...can't beat those picks of Lou D! Awesome layout, Jeff. Color me impressed! Quote

BruceW Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 (edited) Mark, This is a very distinguished web site. Well put together and easy to navigate. I especially liked the picture of Curtis Fuller, Donald Byrd and Charles McPherson. They are all from my old neighborhood growing up, Northwestern H.S. district in Detroit, Michigan. Man haven't seen any of them in decades, so that was very nice. Well no, I saw McPherson at the Playboy Festival last year. Anyway, thanks for the trip down nostalgia lane. B-) Thanks Bruce, Those images of Fuller, McPherson and Byrd are from Baker's Keyboard Lounge's 70th Anniversary Party. I had seen McPherson severals time before but had never seen Fuller or Byrd before so it was a treat to be a part of it! Mark Quote
