Joe Carter Posted November 10, 2004 Report Posted November 10, 2004 I just bought this DVD, Miles Davis, The Cool Sound of Jazz, from EFOR Films, containing four tunes: So What, The Duke, Blues For Pablo, New Rumba. It's Miles with Gil Evans from 1959. My problem: the audio and video are out of sync! The video is 3 or 4 seconds ahead of the audio. Anybody else have this DVD? I'm assuming it's the same on all the copies? Joe C. Quote
Claude Posted November 10, 2004 Report Posted November 10, 2004 I have this film on a pirate italian VHS tape and on a DVD: Jazz Masters Vintage Collection 1958/1961 The sound is fine on both. This looks like a production problem on your DVD (the release, not just our copy). Does the DVD only contain this film? That's very short (30 minutes or so)! Quote

I should have realized something was amiss when the price was very low. I'm going to try and return it for my money back. Joe C. Quote

Not good for business! Quote
