Miles DVD, Cool Sound Of Jazz

I just bought this DVD, Miles Davis, The Cool Sound of Jazz, from EFOR Films, containing four tunes: So What, The Duke, Blues For Pablo, New Rumba. It's Miles with Gil Evans from 1959. My problem: the audio and video are out of sync! The video is 3 or 4 seconds ahead of the audio. Anybody else have this DVD? I'm assuming it's the same on all the copies?

I have this film on a pirate italian VHS tape and on a DVD:

Jazz Masters Vintage Collection 1958/1961

The sound is fine on both.

This looks like a production problem on your DVD (the release, not just our copy).

Does the DVD only contain this film? That's very short (30 minutes or so)!

Yes, it's quite short. I should have realized something was amiss when the price was very low. I'm going to try and return it for my money back.

Yeah, looks like you may have a bad copy. If all the releases were like that it would not take long for the word to get out on the street. Not good for business!
