Free For All Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 They're also coming to Kansas City. Blue Room, Oct. 16. Hint hint to all my KC friends. Wow- thanks for the tip, 'Toon! Must plan to make that one! Rooster? Eric? Bueller? Quote
Spontooneous Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 (But they must not be as good as this "Paul McKee" guy, 'cause he gets TWO nights in October and they only get one.) Quote
Miles251 Posted October 2, 2004 Report Posted October 2, 2004 Spoon.....I heard that this McKee guy was pretty smokin'! Wish that I didn't have a colonoscopy scheduled that day!! I'd be there checking it out! Quote
Free For All Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 Thanks for sharing THAT, bro. I'll dedicate "The Days Of Whine And Hoses" to you. So I guess you'll be looking forward to this----> Quote
Lazaro Vega Posted October 3, 2004 Report Posted October 3, 2004 Dave, the thing I notice about Rob is that he may play "out" in some ways, but he'll always end whatever he's doing to meet the changes (and as a flutist he reminds me of Jeremy Steig that way). He's a player coming from John Gilmore and Joe Henderson so his hook up with John Tchcia (sp) makes sense, though JT has had so much more experience. LV Quote
