marcoliv Posted September 23, 2004 Report Posted September 23, 2004 right now 1.397 titles of jazz so that makes 42 cds per year...hmmm i definitely need to raise this average Marcus Quote
brownie Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 I have mostly vinyls. Bought few CDs when they came out, then more and more. About ten years ago, I had a storage furniture custom-built to house some 1,600 CDs and stupid me thought this was plenty enough. The unit has been filled for the past 2 or 3 years. And the additional CDs pile up whenever there's space available in the small room I use to enjoy music. Now I lack wall space to house a second piece of furniture. That one would be filled too by now! The music room is a dumping ground for vinyls and CDs by now. I'll need several more decades to enjoy all this music Quote
Brad Posted September 27, 2004 Report Posted September 27, 2004 Counting Mosaics and box sets, around 2,000 or so. I'm trying to winnow down my collection for space reasons to get rid of cds which in all likelihood I probably won't listen to again. Quote
