Chuck may be a little terse in a few of his posts (maybe quite a few) -- but then some might consider that a part of his charm. He's got strong opinions (as many of us do), but (IMHO) he's been down enough roads in this 'industry' (much as I hate that term), to pretty much say whatever he likes, however he likes to say it. (And personally, I don't think his original 'snap' at SS1 in the other thread warranted the multiple ugly replies he got in return.) (And heck, I've even seen on a number of occasions where Chuck has gone on record as apologizing if his slightly 'in-your-face' manner got taken the wrong way.) I rarely (if ever) get in the middle of any of the 'character' arguments going on around the BNBB, but I have to say that I think this is all pretty damn sad. Chuck's a big boy, and surely he can take it (and has probably taken much worse over the years) - but I don't think he deserves it, especially in this case. I generally enjoy and respect the opinions of lots of people around these parts, including some people I was surprised to see come down on Mr. Nessa. I'm hoping this all blows over soon, and we can get back to discussing more interesting topics - instead of beating up on each other - which just turns people off, and chases off some subset of the people who are here to share ideas, and learn from each other.
