AfricaBrass Posted June 7, 2004 Report Posted June 7, 2004 Next week, I'll be starting a new life in a new state. Unfortunately, I'm not going to have much time for hanging out at my favorite internet watering hole. I really need to focus on improving myself and my career. I've let both slide for too long. I just wanted to thank all of you for your friendship here. I have been transformed by the discussions we've had (probably more than anyone else on this forum). So... THANK YOU! I'll be around this week for awhile, but after that... Happy trails! Jeff/AfricaBrass PS - I'd love to hear from anyone through my email, and if I can ever help any of you out... please ask. :rsmile: Quote

catesta Posted June 7, 2004 Report Posted June 7, 2004 I'm sorry to see you go, Jeff. I understand the reasons, after all, real life should take priority over a jazz discussion board. (it doesn't for me, but it should. ) I hope to see you back here sometime in the future. B) Take care and good luck with your new life in the new state. Quote

maren Posted June 7, 2004 Report Posted June 7, 2004 Hey Jeff -- best of luck with your move!!! I know I'm not just speaking for myself when I say I'll miss you here. But maybe we'll be seeing your graphic designs out in the world??? Not just for private consumption here, but earning you $$$ as well as appreciation??? Actually, believe it or not, I was just thinking this weekend that I might have to go off-line, cold turkey -- I have such a backlog of work, both "at work" and at home -- so I completely understand. Gee, maybe we need a designated time for an online "reunion" -- Halloween? Thanksgiving? Anyway, all the best to you and your family! maren Quote

Guest Chaney Posted June 7, 2004 Report Posted June 7, 2004 Funny, but I don't remember our granting Jeff his freedom. Thinks he can just walk away? Watch your back, buster! Oh well... Good luck! Quote
