Ken Dryden
I just acquired this set with the CDs still sealed. I had most, but not of all the tracks. Edited February 2 by Ken Dryden
ghost of miles
Disc 7, which is the 1995 Columbia album Makin’ a Move.  I’m sure Threadgill-Ellington comparisons are a dime a dozen and beside the point, but if somebody told me to name someone whose artistic/compositional achievements over the past 50 years occupy a realm of significance similar to Ellington’s, Threadgill would come to mind.

T.D.
I really enjoy this Mosaic. Even though the individual albums arguably aren't great, it's an excellent package. Sal Salvador was a big discovery for me here, very nice selections.

adh1907
Listening to the Moncur select and finding I have two copies of disc one. I remember there being some cock up but can anyone remind me why the disc had to be reissued? I have searched and can’t see an explanation. Great set but a shame only part of ‘Bout Soul included.
