A tiny bit of swinging.... although I have to disagree with many of my honorable colleagues aboout the Ada Moore/Jimmy Rushing set.... Completely did not work for me... Seemed very forced and I did not get any sense of genuine chemistry between Rushing & Moore... Perhaps quite a few people snapped up some of the recent Japanese reissues and now are kicking themselves hard (not that I am )! Maybe those preorders are actually from another source! At some point before I get rid of the original Verve CD issues of these sessions, I'll have to compare the sound to this new Addey mastering.
