John Tapscott
Again. What a fine set this is. Such enjoyable listening. Don't know how or why I slept on this set for 10 years. But I'm glad I finally woke up before it's too late.

Al in NYC
Disc One Now on disc two. The string quartet tracks are amazing. I could listen to this set every day, particularly those tracks on disc 2. I've had them on my ipod for about 5 years now.
Rooster_Ties
Disc One Now on disc two. The string quartet tracks are amazing. I could listen to this set every day, particularly those tracks on disc 2. I've had them on my ipod for about 5 years now. The whole set is great, but disc #3 is one of my all-time desert island discs. Some of the most amazing, "go for broke" playing from Woody Shaw anywhere on record. Warts and all, disc #3 is simply one of discs I treasure most in my entire collection.
