Alfred
Anita O'Day. It was a christmas gift. I was not sure if I'd need this set but all I can say is that it contains some very beautiful music. #2,925 out of 7,500 - not really a hot seller! sidewinder
Listening a bit earlier to disk 5 of the Duke Ellington 'Reprise' set. This is one Mosaic that grows in stature with every listen. The 'Symphonic' stuff on disk 4 an Afro-Bossa on disk 2 are particularly good. I agree Fran, this set is fantastic! It may not be everyone’s "cup of tea," however This bands enthusiasm permeates many of these recordings and is highly infectious, another winner from Mosaic. Cannot wait for the Basie Set!
