Hardbopjazz Posted May 20, 2004 Report Posted May 20, 2004 (edited) Has anyone ever done this? It never dawned on me till I read Dan's thread. The thought of losing all my CD's and records, and then having to start collecting from the beginning would leave me depressed for 50 years. All the money I've spent over the years. At least with insurance, I can get back a good deal of the stuff. Edited May 20, 2004 by Hardbopjazz Quote
connoisseur series500 Posted May 23, 2004 Report Posted May 23, 2004 I'm not a property/casualty insurance specialist, but I think insurance can get quite expensive when you add "schedules" and riders to your policy. It would be interesting to hear from others if they have added insurance protection for their cd collections on their homeowner's policy. If you do, remember to take a photo of every one you have. You pretty much have to prove that you had what you are claiming when the time comes. Quote
