I tried to think of mine but couldn't come up with one. I have recordings, that through the years, I raised above the rest, but it always seems to change after awhile. Jazz-wise, along with the usual suspects--KOB and ALS--Bud Powell's early Verve sides, which I once had as a 2-LP set (and now have as Disc 1 of the Verve box) are essential for my listening habits.
