clifford_thornton
Never seen that cover. Very cool. Yeah, that's the first issue. I have a later pressing from the AEC years. But whatever - either way, great record.
street singer
Cisco reissue. Haven't spun this one in a while. Such a good album that I should really spin more often. And this Cisco reissue sounds great, despite the drums sounding somewhat "boxy", or...something. Really hate that Cisco aren't around anymore. They did good work. jeffcrom
Lee Morgan/Hank Mobley - A-1: The Savoy Sessions (Savoy). Didn't realize until I got this one home that it's just Introducing Lee Morgan with a first-issue bonus track. That's okay - I'm glad to have the extra track. And the Cecil Taylor 1957 Newport set from: Masters of the Modern Piano (Verve).

paul secor
Guess it didn't take you long to get your hi-fi equipment set up and the LPs unpacked. Then again, some things are priorities.

clifford_thornton
Now: Steve Lacy - Esthilacos - (Guilda da Musica) Damn! Last eBay copy went for around $350. Really?!? I got mine years ago for around $50, which I thought was reasonable for something you never see. Pressing's not stellar, but it's an excellent date.
