Clunky
Johnny Glasel- Jazz Session ( featuring Dick Garcia) ABC Paramount, decent if rather brief bopish date from the obscure ( at least to me) Glasel, Nice version of Ruby My Dear, recorded well before doing Monk versions was hip. Worth hearing. The Pepper-Knepper Quintet 'With Pepper Adams and Jimmy Knepper' (MetroJazz/MGM Japan) I got this edition a few weeks ago. It's a great date. This was directly purchased from Sun Ra back in 1967. Cover is metallic silver colored and still has its original gloss! Teasing the Korean
Bernard Herrmann - Vertigo OST - Mercury (Netherlands, stereo) OST conducted by Muir Mathieson. This pressing is from the 70s. The tapes used for this album sound SO much better than those on the CD. No idea if they're the same tapes, or if the masters just went to hell between the 1970s and 90s.
