Chalupa
Earlier... New York Philharmonic Boulez Conducts Varese – Ameriques, Arcana, Ionisation (CBS Masterworks gray label) Now... I would be interested to hear Karl's comments on the "Where Fortune Smiles" session. There are many "urban legend" stories connected to that side. Love the samples I heard, just can't afford the cd at the moment. Kick-ass record. Yeah. I haven't heard this one in a while. A friend of mine owns it. I bet he NEVER listens to it anymore, and never will... There is an absolutely priceless picture of Stu Martin in it, if I remember. I would love to hear this again... Picked this up in a used record shop today for $5. I had passed on it a number of times before but after reading this thread I decided to take a chance on it. Glad I did. clifford_thornton
Was it the gatefold on Dawn for $5? That would be a steal... Now a sleeper hit: Ahmed Abdullah - Life's Force - (About Time)
Chalupa
No, I wasn't that lucky. This one is the reissue on Pye. Yeah, that Dawn gatefold is pretty cool.
