jeffcrom Posted August 28, 2018 Report Posted August 28, 2018 (edited) The first LP from the 6-LP/4-CD box set Syl Johnson: The Complete Mythology on Numero. That first LP has all of Johnson's Federal singles, and Numero did a good job with the mock period cover design. There is some fabulous music and a few clunkers here. chewy-chew-chew-bean-benitez Posted August 29, 2018 Report Posted August 29, 2018 (edited) hey everybody, chewy here- do you guys de-cellophane your lps? I am sure some purists might want to leave as-is, however ive turned for example--- a yellow'd 60 yr old looking copy of dave brubeck octet, into the most mint condition looking snow white perfect print on the cover. My Cape Verdian Blues BN, also looks one million percent better peeled. And so did this- this one- hella good comp but unfortunately no kenny dorham track, but lots of other big dawgs-- Edited August 29, 2018 by chewy-chew-chew-bean-benitez Quote

chewy-chew-chew-bean-benitez Posted August 29, 2018 Report Posted August 29, 2018 hmm, i see, i just hate how you have to COMMIT to buy, before you have the ABILITY to PAY.......you need to COMMIT, then WAIT for the invoice.....you know what i mean? the anxiety period of waiting........... Quote
clifford_thornton Posted August 29, 2018 Report Posted August 29, 2018 yeah; most people invoice pretty quickly. Quote
