Larry Kart
Next is this, to help me make a decision on the Mosaic Box ... Buy the Mosaic box. In addition to everything else, a fine set of liner notes from Loren Schoenberg, especially insightful on Dave Tough.

Homefromtheforest
Charlemagne Palestine - Strumming Music - (Shandar, FR) Nice choice. Always wanted this one on vinyl but for whatever reason never did get a copy..."four elements" is another good one although I just have that on CD along with a few other CDs that focus more on his electronic work. Clunky
I've been on the look out for this for years, finally pulled the trigger from Discogs (my first ever order). Decent price, I'm delighted to have this good session. I knew it already from web-sources but it's nice to have a physical copy in great condition. I'm slowly closing in on having all of LT's official recordings in some format or another. A number of obscure Parisian releases from 1957 are likely to continue to be allusive. I had a couple other CDs of his piano works but can't seem to find them for whatever reason - maybe sold them to one of you guys!

sidewinder
Same here - I'll dig it out. Those MFPs use to be everywhere in their rotary racks - Woolies, Boots, tourist shops etc. Amazing to think that there was a time when you could pick up a Bob Downes LP ('Deep Down Heavy') in Woolworths ! erwbol
McCoy Tyner - Atlantis There is a copy of a Japanese 2CD set of the Atlantis album up on eBay. It contains one extra track, Naima, not on the domestic CD or original LP. Am I correct in assuming this is the only time that track was ever released? (Not that I'm contemplating bidding on this auction.)

Homefromtheforest
Yeah "soul eyes" is a fantastic album. I've owned a Japanese pressing for nearly 20 years...one day I'll splurge on an original SABA issue!

The original SABA`s sound is superb .... although the japanese pressing is non less than exzellent .... in this case kept both issues ..... I'm listening to the track "Prompt" right now and while the sound might be "superb", it is very distant. It isn't the greatest recording quality. At times, it sounds like the microphone is in another room. So if I find a reasonable copy, I'll probably pick it up. But I'm not paying the $150-250 the SABA pressing seems to be getting lately.
